I think Hansma Automotive hit all the things I could ask for in a shop - honesty, fair rates and reliable service.  I was informed of all the things that needed to be done to the car.  I was provided an estimate preparing me for the worst but was told it could be less........ummm yeah right?  Well the work I asked for was completed and LESS than what was expected/estimated! That is honesty - that is what will make a repeat customer.  Highly recommend Hansma.

The quote process was quick and the flexibility on scheduling the followup appointments were great. From a price point didn't see much difference to the quote by Toyota. Just went with them to see the work quality and to have an alternative. I would say i felt good about the work. Thanks Pete for the friendly service.

Trustworthy, capable team with many years expertise and comprehensive capabilities. Kept all of my vehicles running into high 200 K's. Recommended!
