I have found that Rick and the crew have always done a great job of maintaining my car and not making me spend extra on unnecessary repairs. If they see that something is getting unsafe or at the end of its life, Rick will warn me to schedule it in, rather then pressure me on the spot. I have been dealing with them for several years and 2 different vehicles and I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after my car :)

I called for a repair estimate and because I wanted to use my own parts in order to save money because you can ALWAYS save money when you shop online for your own parts, they would not give me an estimate. That's a big red flag to me since most other shops I've called so far are happy to do the work and get paid their hourly shop rate. That shows that they are only interested in making profit on selling their parts and not helping customers with just repairs.
