My car started to make a strange noise, he looked at it as soon as he could. He tried the most obvious repair idea that unfortunately didn't work. The next step to fix it would of cost a lot of money which he recommended I think about before doing as my car is over 10 years old. All he charged me for was the part used in the initial repair attempt; he didn't charge me for any labor. He also knew I was from out of town and not likely going to be a repeat customer and he still treated me well, Thanks Charlie

Great experience with a fairly major repair on my Honda. Went above and beyond to repair things he found along the way and kept my costs to a minimum knowing it is an older car. Definitely the place in KW to take your Honda, he really knows his stuff. You can tell he's passionate about his work and skips the BS to get your car in and out. He even has diagrams he's made to explain how certain systems work. I can't speak to his personal skills or communication as others have mentioned but that's not important to me if my car gets fixed for the right price.
