I heard of CSN Regency's devoted team through a friend after I was rear-ended last winter. I was impressed beyond words with how thorough and courteous everyone was. The team at CSN treats their clients like family and do everything they can to have your car back to you ASAP and in great condition. It is safe to say that I will return to CSN for years to come.

Kaylee and bill were very helpful. Very polite and when my car needed to be brought to CNC from the colision centre, Kaylee called us to let's us know it was there and kept us informed through the whole process.

I searched to find a better collision body shop. The waterloo branch's review was better. I went to csn regency in waterloo first. The receptionist was brusque. I was disappointed their customer service. So i took back my car and i go to CSN Kitchener. 
Kaylee and bill were very nice friendly.
She explained whole procedure . I'm really satisfied her service.
