I have had great dealings with Ray Hicks and staff at Loree's Automotive previously with my 2009 Ford Escape.  I had Wrench alarm and Check Engine Light on and I checked several forums online to diagnose that it was likely a Electronic Throttle Body issue.  I called Ray last evening and left him a message about my problems.  This morning I brought the vehicle in and he met me at door and had listened to my voice mail.

He said it is a common issue that is subject to a Ford extended warranty and he suggested a specific dealer to take it too.  He said he could have repaired it but he said Ford should do it free.  How is that for an experienced and honourable service centre?

Quality job by quality guys. You will not be ripped off here, they are only concerned with customer satisfaction. Had my SRS system fixed and wheels balanced for only $80 (saved hundreds). 10/10 would Loree's again
