Hangang Korean Restaurant

Small family restaurant with very good food. Not too busy most likely due to its location. Parking at rear. Sorry about the photos. It was a late lunch and we got too hungry and forgot to take photos first. The pork bone soup is very generous with 3 pieces. The soup is well flavored but not too salty. The bean paste in it doesn't cause bloating like other places. The beef intestine soup is very good too. Lots of ingredients and the soup has the flavor of the intestines. The stir fried pork intestine is crispy and not too strongly flavor. Good to eat together with the greens or some dipping sauce. Will definitely go back. Highly recommended. Parking: Plenty parking at rear.

Awesome food and service with great prices. We had the beef bibimbop and kimchi jjigae and both were exactly what we needed on a cold day. The waitress was very quick and attentive and the food came quite quickly. Our favorite thing was the house made kimchi which we got 2 large plates of, nice and spicy with a little sweetness. We will definitely be coming back.

Food was wonderful and the service was even better. My friends and I got the cold noodle combo comes with bulgogi; a really great price and I ordered the yang-uh-tang. Prices are extremely reasonable for individual meal items compared to anywhere else. I think this place is the only place that does prices right. Have gone a few times already and am planning to become regulars.

The inside of this place was quite spacious and also covered parking was available through the back of the building. The porkbone soup was just good enough, but pork bung was very tasty with portable gas stove. I will definetly come again.

Parking can get little tricky at this place as the plaza appears to be busy and parking lot isn't huge. But there are reserved parking spaces at the back so try there if you couldn't find parkings by the entrance. Food were very generously portioned and side dishes were very good though there were only two. Main dishes were quite nice. They didn't cut on ingredients and price are very reasonable too. If I had to nitpick, the place felt cold. It is almost November, and I was expecting warmth inside the restaurant but we felt chills. Servers were quick and attentive so it was a nice experience overall. We would like to come back soon. Edit: Their cold noodles were OK. We like their mak gooksu which is cold buckwheat noodles. But spicy neng myun was average.

Absolutely must try! We got the gamjatang and makchang. I'm not big into organs but the pork intestine was phenomena. Crispy on the outside chewy on the inside. Quality food

It has a decent variety of food; the bossam was great. Very accommodating and friendly staff and interesting interior decor.

Pork intestine is awesome, no stinky smell, not greasy and very clean. Love the beef soup too. Rice wine is my favorite, not too strong but sweet and special.

Large portions. Friendly service. Delicious food. The restaurant is very spacious and can accomodate large parties. Plenty of parking in the back.

Very good service and food. Ordered noodle and BBQ combo and pork bone soup for pick up. Everything was well packaged and the owner was really pleasant to deal with. Food was very good and we enjoyed every bit of it. Heard the owner recently changed. We are a regular here and noticed the food quality got even better.
