Worst massage place ever! The owner was walking around with her dogs. Then my masseur was yelling at the front desk guy because he wanted a big room for massages and he got the small room all in front of me. The masseur was awful and was rubbing me instead of massaging me. I had to tell him to stop doing that and actually squeeze. Awful experience! Never going back there again.

Just had my first massage and I wanted to give credit where it was due. Really nice environment, staff was super helpful and my therapist was incredible. He listened to the issues I was having and spent time actually addressing them.  I requested very firm pressure and that's exactly what I got.

Beyond happy and just wanted to give a recommendation for those who have been looking for somewhere close to home.

I've set up another appointment and am now participating in their lifestyle program which gives you a discount on massages if you book at least one a month (forces you to use your benefits and you get a good discount).

I enjoyed going here for facials and massages, the staff was friendly and I loved my facial expert. However it went down hill when I decided to freeze my account. I was paying about 79$ monthly. I decided to freeze my account because I was getting married in Europe and I decided to stay for a few months. So I froze my account with this location and told them I would call when i’m ready to unfreeze. When I got back, 6 months later. I was going through my bank statement and noticed I was charged 79$ by hand and stone in October. I contacted reception and asked why they went ahead and charged my credit card without my permission, they then told me to forward an email to the owner. After expressing to the owner that I didn’t  find it professional to charge a clients credit card without their permission, she replied “it’s unfortunate that you don’t understand the terms of the contract.” Since I misplaced my contract, I have no idea what it says about the 6 months freezing period. This wasn’t even explained or shown to me when I emailed the owner. All I got was a your dumb for not reading the contract before you froze it. They charged 79$ to my credit card without calling or sending me an email (which they have on file)? Seems like a scum kind of way to run a buisness. When I closed my account I was assured by reception that they would call before restarting my account. Mixed messages, not everyone working there even understands the policy. I would think it would be a form of curtsy for a business to call their clients before charging their credit card. It just seems natural. I would also assume that an owner of a business, like myself, would not respond in such a callous manner. I felt belittled and taken advantage of. Needless to say, I don’t recommend this location. Be aware and read everything!

Staff was very kind and courteous. 

I ran 5 to 10 minutes late for my appointment but they were understanding. My therapist's name was Sandra. She did an excellent job, communicated well, was friendly and professional. Very personable and happily answered my questions.

The room was clean and smelled great, the table was comfortable, the linens seemed clean and were also comfortable. The massage was well done and I truly felt relaxed after the hot stones massage I received.

Overall great experience, one I would highly recommend if you're fortunate to get a booking.

Highly disappointed - very unprofessional service

I booked an appointment on phone with a female masseuse, got hooked up with male masseuse instead. On clarifying, we got the warning of 50% cancellation fees from my credit card. What kind of customer service is it? Why customer should pay for your clerical error? Also, the staff was very rude and was in rush to address customer's concern. Very disappointing experience. Never going to try them again :(

Please dont share your credit card details unless you get the service. If possible, pay by cash
