My experience at Hammam Spa is always a treat! The front desk is friendly, professional and competent. I recently had a facial with Anna K. her expertise in skin care made my experience a absolutely terrific one. Thank you, Hammam Spa. I would recommend visiting the spa the next time you need to relax and be pampered.

I had a wonderful time at the spa the other day. My massage was fabulous BUT, when I went to shower, there was no hot water. I was covered with soap and had to go home to shower. I told the receptionist and she told me "oh yeah, that happens a lot because it's an old building"... I don't like to complain but that took a 5 star review to a 3.. I personally don't need the free drinks and snacks in the lounge area but hot water in the changeroom is a must. this definitely ruined my whole experience..

Great service.. but, I could hear the chatting if the people in the steam room and in the private suite beside me while in my private room. The room was also off of the public steam room space and a man walked into the room in the middle of my wrap. Overall it would have been good, but the lack of privacy and tranquility means I won't return and won't recommend. It's a shame, because the wrap was great.. but it was not the spa experience I'm used to. Especially for 150 plus tip and tax. I want to give it a 2.5

Tanya is Great. This is a great place to escape the daily grind of the city and just relax. I usually go for the body treatments which are fabulous Tanya is awesome she does facials as well. The steam room is awesome and since it's getting cold the perfect place to spend a hour. The steam room is included with all treatments over $100 or you can just go use the steam room for $55. Make sure you arrive early so you can enjoy the steam room. Just remember when in the steam room people are trying to relax so it's best if you go with a friend to chat in the waiting area and not the steam room as the sound travels in the steam room. This is a great way to relax.

We got the Turkish bath treatment for couples. It started with a quick tour of the spa. Change room is ok just a little bit small and lacks some sort of seating or a bench (apart from a sofa). The treatment started with a 15 minute steam and followed with the bath. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the lighting keeps it interesting. After, we where free to go back to the seam room for as long as we wanted and we also got a complimentary baklava and Turkish delight.
