People like Dale are the reason why everyone should support buying from local family-run businesses. He was incredibly kind, he let us take our sweet time when choosing a mattress that was right for us and he wasn't pushy at all. Dale truly went above and beyond to help us with our purchase when we moved to Milton, he even delivered it himself on the weekend!! Seriously cannot say enough good things about this awesome company. I would 100% recommend Halton Mattress, whether you're from the Halton area or outside... it's worth the drive. We will definitely be loyal customers forever!!

We won't be going anywhere else to get our mattresses! Dale from Halton Mattress was amazing in helping set us up with our new bed. We just recently moved to Milton and not only did he help us with our mattress, he went above and beyond to make sure the entire experience was as seamless as possible. Absolute 5 start review for this great business

Best quality, honest people. I met the owner and what a gentlemen. Made us feel like home. Saved me ton of money and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied 100%. Delivered everything as promissed on time and even took our garbage mattress.

If you are looking to purchase mattress set, Dale is the person to go! Not only he's very knowledgeable, he goes out of his way to help you. This is my 3rd mattress set we bought so far, and it definitely won't be the last! Yo won't find anyone more passionate than Dale! He is the man! Thank you Dale for all your help and keep up the good work!

We arrived at the store at approx 1:10pm.. There was a sign on the storefront that stated that they will be back for 1:00 Another sign stating the store hours.. Which was "10:00am to 5pm for Saturday. We called the store and there was "NO Answer" and decided to leave after 20 minutes.. As we were on the road for about 15 minutes when we received a phone call from "Dale".. We explained to "Dale" the waited around but left because store was closed.. He said that the store closed for summer hours... I told him that the hours on the store front stated that they closed today at 5pm.. Dale's response was rude and arrogant.. He stated that we should have checked "GOOGLE" and "Facebook"..I repeated the advertised storefront hours and he didnt care.. He bragged that he had the highest customer rating which wasn't evident during our conversation and I just hung up as he wasn't worth.. I wouldn't recommend this store as I found Dale rude and condescending. You may have 6 good reviews but now you have 1 bad one...
