I bought a Serta iComfort "Enthusiast" mattress back in April 2016 from Terry, when I moved-in my house, this was the most expensive mattress I have ever bought in my life. In August (after 4 months), I went back to terry complaining that one side of the bed is softer than the other, and even the edges are round. He told me to turn the mattress a quarter turn every month, which I did for 3 months, but still no good!. Went back to him in December - couple weeks before christmas. He said I shall get in touch with the manufacturer and let you know, I called after two weeks, he said: Mo its christmas season and everyone is very busy, just give me some time and I will sort things out, to be honest this got me worried!. Sure enough, in January I received a call from him saying that he will replace the mattress with a new one (now as a 2017 model its called "Foresight"), but he said I only need you to cover the shipping charges, which I agreed to. Few days later I received the mattress sealed in a box, and they took my old one away. Although this new one is a bit stiffer, I've been happy with it for almost 2 months now. Terry is a very nice guy to deal with, he might take time to resolve a problem, but eventually he made me a happy customer. Thank you Terry and all the best with your business.
