Halton Pools N' Spas Ltd

In response to Nick W. I know that Halton Pools will give you a brand new Hayward robotic cleaner unit under warranty if it is not operating up to snuff. Hayward is very reliable with their warranty replacements, they stand by their products. Maybe you should have opted for this choice as opposed to a monetary refund, which (as with any business) cannot be a full refund for a used product (imagine going to a clothing store and asking for a monetary refund for an item of clothing you ripped during first wear. They would likely relace the item of clothing, but not give you back the money). Maybe you just regretted purchasing the cleaner in the first place which would explain why you chose the monetary refund over a properly functioning, brand new unit. Something to think about.

We frequent the store regularly in the summer to buy our pool supplies and have our pool water tested. The staff is awesome. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Trevor helped us choose our pool liner last year and did a great job installing it - we absolutely love it!! Thank you to all the staff at Halton Pools N' Spas!

Halton Pools installed a new pool for us last summer and the experience has been great! The crew was friendly and professional, and a year later the pool continues to be excellent. The only-store staff are consistently friendly and provide quality advice.

I went in to buy a pool vac (robot) they acted like they knew what they were talking about telling me about the machine saying it was an excellent so I took there word for it. I ran 5 full cycles and only a 1/4 of my pool was clean so I called them back to find out what I could do to clean my whole pool like it's supposed to do, they told me they would call me back in about an hour and never did so I googled it tried everything it said still not working right. so I went to go return it a couple days later and they said they couldn't give me a full refund because it was already open and they would have to sell it as used (reselling a broken machine so watch out not very professional). bottom line the only thing they are good for is a water test and that's only because a computer does it save your money and go somewhere else

Nothing but the best service from Halton pools. Trevor and all the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!
