Hakka Rise

Absolute gem!! Ordered Tandoori Momo and they were some other level. Super delicious and filling. If you visit this place, go for Tandoori Momo without any doubt. We ordered Lemon Chicken as well but I can give it a pass as it wasn’t great. I wish I would have ordered another plate of momos. The lady staff was very courteous. The ambience is decent. Price point is okay.

This place is what i want out of this cuisine, it doesn't just have what a person needs but it caters to even the highest expectations. As a traveler from a different land, i expected to be frightened by these new foods, but as you'll see from my criteria below, this place surpassed by expectations: #1 the portion size, looking at the prices on the menu. i expected small portions since the prices were so little, but when the food arrived the size was absolutely gargantuan. #2 the staff are very cool and accommodating! #3 this place is fully halal, not a haram item to be found #4 absolutely huge metaphorically as well variety of food, and the menu is organized quite well in a 2 page format.

I love Hakka cuisine, but I have a very sensitive stomach from all the spices or lack of freshness. This was my 3rd time visiting and both my belly and taste buds are so happy!!! Massive portions, great taste and a great ambiance. The server was an absolute sweetheart. This is becoming a favourite of mine!!!

Absolutely delicious.. Folks!! You have to try this place.. I ordered takeout..garlic beef, chili shrimp, mixed chilli chopsuey.. The quantity is amazing. Taste is really good.. much better than Hakka fresh which is on the same block .. plus the staff were very calm inspire of the rush there 5/5 for food /taste/ambience Please keep up the great work!! We will be back as you really have got lifetime customers here based on what we ordered.. how I will get back to eating this lovely meal..

Wonderfully delicious food and sumptuous portions! Nice dining environment. Extensive menu with many dishes to try on future visits. Service could use improvement - seating, ordering and food delivery process were unnecessarily slow.<b>Food</b>: 5/5

Honestly the food is good. If you eat Punjabi style tandoori chicken and fish I suggest you don’t order them here because it’s very oily and salty. I do recommend the chili veggie and chicken momos. Their packed with spices and flavour and I love it. The Hakka noodles are all great. We got the vegetarian and beef garlic noodles and they both were delicious. The gravy veggie Manchurian was also great as the balls were small and the gravy was packed with chilies, just the way I like it. I would come here again for the momos and the Hakka noodles.

If you are craving Hakka food or Momos, this is the place to visit. The Chilli chicken Momos was amazing. Enjoyed the rich taste and flavor it had to offer. The red dish was the sweet and sour chicken, which I also found great. Will be back for the momos! The staff were also friendly and provided a great experience.

Loved the place and the food. Great taste and variety .. specially, momos and other dishes such as jhol momo, Delhi Momos and chicken chowmein. Highly recommend crispy chilli paneer,, Lots of dishes to try in the coming weeks..great to have this indo-Chinese food so close in Burlington.

I was really looking forward to eating here but I wasn't too delighted. The chilli chicken was very chewy and seemed like it was overcooked. Chicken was too hard. The fried rice had good portion of chicken and shrimp but very dry. The only highlight of my meal was the Hot & Sour soup which is the best so far in the area. Overall a mixed experience, maybe I'll go back, mostly for soups I think.
