I have recently moved closer, and after trying out this restaurant, I feel fortunate that there is such an excellent Indian style Chinese restaurant close by. At first glance, prices seemed but when the waiter served the plate quantity was good. I could only finish less than ¾ of it by myself. The waiter was also polite. It was busy at that time, and he could not match the pace of the request made in the dining area, but he was alone, so I was not expecting him to endure that crowd.
Good and authentic Hakka food for average prices. Super spicy at least for me :P and super flavourful. The menu is large and the vibe is charming. We ordered the spicy chicken momos, manchurian chicken, an eggplant dish, a whole wheat naan, and a goat biryani. We were also given a free snack at the beginning of the meal! Lovely service, the girl was very sympathetic to our lack of spice tolerance a great place for takeout too.
2-Jan-22: Had super delicious and our favourite Veg Thukpa. Also had Chicken Manchurian Fried Rice. True desi hakka. Loved both. Great ambiance and people. 2-Dec-21:We had soups and thukpa - amazing, just delicious - 5 stars for that. So flavourful and perfect for winters. We also had Chilli Momos, I did not like the filling, soya, paneer and veggie mix, soya is not my favourite. Also the momos were deep fried, and some of them were burnt/black. The dish overall looked great, but burnt taste was disappointing. Ambience and Service was great. Will definitely come back to try gravies and other items.
Visited Hakka khazana at the Victoria park for dinner over the week and having been to the Mississauga location earlier we knew that the food would be decent but the food here was excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for any one looking for desi hakka Chinese. The service was good and the quality/quantity was pretty good. I personally liked their dragon chicken which was mouth watering. Would definitely be visiting again to try other things on their menu.
It’s not bad, but I think it could better. Honestly speaking, I find Federicks as the best option for Hakka Chinese food. In my opinion there food is closest to the taste in Chinese food I used to have in India. I would rank this place 2nd as far as Hakka Chinese is concerned in this region. Also, the plus point is this place is close to my apartment, so it’s convenient. One other thing, unlike in other restaurants of this nature, I want given the option 10% off if I were to pay cash.
Great place for Indian Chinese food. We dine in for dinner. Manchurian chicken noodle was good. They have patios and indoor dine in. Best place to hang out with friends with good food.
Food was okay. Aloo paratha had nice filling. Soup is okay. Disappointed with tandoori prawns as there was some smelly stuff that was at the bottom of sizzler, couldn’t able to enjoy it. Although our server gave it 10% discounts which is appreciated. But I think customer need more attention and efforts than just a discount.
Best Indo-Chinese style Chilli Fish and Hakka Noodles I've had in this neighbourhood. Absolutely loved the freshness and chewy texture of the noodles along with the perfect indian style spicy Chilli Fish. Quantity is also great for the price. Definitely looking forward to try more.
Probably one of the best Indian restaurants that offers the best service. Portion sizes are extremely generous and their chicken lollypop and steamed momos are to die for. Momos take longer because they made them from the scratch and that totally makes sense. Servers are extremely sweet and really helpful
The garlic hot veggie noodles were good. The chilli momos were the best!! The sesame dry chicken was not good at all. It wasn’t fresh enough. The service was amazing, waitress was very patient.
