I travelled all the way from west end of Toronto to get food at this place. Once I brought the food home and I opened the container it smelled like freezer burnt. The lamb biryani was clearly burnt and the meat was charred. The food tasted like it had been taken out of freezer and reheated before being given out. I called the store to politely express my disappointment with burnt and frost bitten food. I was informed that it is not burnt but overcooked. I am posting this review with pictures so people can be aware of this disappointment of a restaurant that is called biryani boss NOT BOSS FAILED Cooking buyer beware : all the food thrown out as I don’t want to get sick
Wonderful catering experience with Biryani Boss. The owner provided exceptional customer satisfaction. Food was incredibly delicious and prepared with highest quality ingredients. Family and friends loved all the options. Quantity and serving of each dish was beyond sufficient. Overall it was the best catering experience in Toronto. Biryani Boss earned our loyalty from now on. 7 stars from us. Thank you
Ordered chicken biryani and a chicken tikka roll - both items 5/5. I walked in with the intent of buying only a wrap because all competition around specialize in it. The wrap was better than chaiiwala and alleys for me. Not to mention cheaper in a paratha. Keep it up! At a time when everything is expensive this place has it priced right. The biryani stole the show. Why am I surprised. Wow. Right masala and right quantity. Take my money.. I’ll be coming here and trying other stuff. Amazing .. all the best biryani boss!
We catered the food for our kid's birthday through Biryani Boss. All the guests were beyond delighted by the authentic flavors. The servings were more than sufficient. The food was ready for pick up on time and the prepayment online payment option worked best as it saved us a trip to the restaurant. Overall Biryani Boss made our special day even more special
Good biryani and at a pretty good price vs some others in the area. Definite value to be had here. Located in a plaza which is often quite busy so parking maybe a little tough when it's busy. This is takeout only as there are no tables or seating. The store is plain, but fairly nice. The only thing is there usually isn't anyone out front so you wait around staring at the wall most of the time. I presume they are short staffed. Also, ordering online doesn't always work. Safest to call ahead.

Not only were the staff extremely friendly, but the food was high-quality and delicious! We ordered a small vegetable biryani tray - and it was massive! The biryani had very good quality rice and the perfect amount of vegetables too. Value for money was also exceptional.Food: 5/5
Finally, I got the authentic taste for Indian cuisines in Canada. I would recommend their party options for biryanis, 40 dollar’s chicken biryani platter was more than enough for 5 peoples, also quantity was not downgrading its taste. New location at warden and eglinton Dspot plaza. I ordered 3 chicken biryani and 2 garlic naan. The brothers owner forgot his name was kind enough to provide complimentary Galub Jamun. That was very kind. The portion size of the chicken biryani for $7.99 is plentiful. Can feed 2 people. Comes with lots of rice and two pieces of chicken breast, leg / or thigh thigh The garlic naan were very fresh and tasty! I plan to come back and try other items on their menu. Tried it for the first time yesterday and really liked it! Our order : Chicken biryani combo. Includes drink and dessert What I loved: EVERYTHING IS HALAL ! Great taste on the less spicy side so perfect for someone like my taste palette but might be a little mild for people who enjoy spices. Had there been an aloo in the biryani it would’ve been classic! Huge portions. Cale with two hefty chicken pices. Dessert variety. In house kheer and gulab jamun were my picks and they were fresh and tasted great! The service was impeccable. We were initially ordering just biryani and pops but they were kind enough to suggest the combo which would save us a few bucks while enjoying a dessert too. Quick service. Hardly waited a couple of minutes before our food was ready. Not aure if they have seating options Maybe it was a little late when we reached but there were chairs people could sit while waiting for food. For people who like mild spices and enjoy flavor. Good place to visit. Will try the other dishes next time too.
