Haidilao Hot Pot

Went there with a friend over the weekend, and she made the right call to pick the 5:30 timeslot because it got so busy after we were seated a line was starting to form. Something to keep in mind is that the ambience music + customers is very loud in this place during busy hours, so it is definitely not for those who are looking for a quiet environment to catch up with friends. On the other hand, while this store claims to be accessible, navigating around the store might not be possible due to how tight the spaces are. I almost got run over by the robots a few times while making my way to use the washroom. Speaking of the washroom, at least the female one isn't accessible and I don't see an accessible one either, so that's something to keep in mind if someone in the party needs to use the wheelchair. While the store might not be fully accessible, it is organized in a way that allows the servers to assist their customers in the most efficient manner. The service is superb, and I was very impressed at how attentive the servers were. The unfortunate part was the store was so loud I could barely hear what they said. We had to constantly yell at each other to get our messages across. Moreover, while their service is good, they automatically assumed everyone who goes there speaks Mandarin which I barely do, so that created some awkward interactions for me. The food was fresh and delivered to our table by the trusty robots in a well-presented format. With this visit being my first, I was impressed by the tomato soup which was served before anything begins. By adding an extra $4, we have unlimited access to mini-buffet-style bar to mix and match sauces.

This was our first time doing hotpot, absolutely delightful experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything to us and even put together some combinations for us to try. The bill can get quite hefty with all the side options available, so just be mindful. But no complaints whatsoever. As a side note, if you order hand-pulled noodles, it comes with a little bit of a show, so cute. Will definitely be returning!

Best hot pot in town. Great atmosphere, entertainment and spectacular service. Our water/juice were constantly topped up. Staff were friendly, helped with storing our jackets and provided recommendations. The food was fresh, wide range of selection. The price is a bit high as expected with this level of service. There was traditional performance on the night we were there. Overall very satisfied, would come back more often if the price wasn't so high.

Unbelievable service!!!! One of the best service I ever experience so far. Services are great here from waiting for a table to paying our bill. Free snack and drink while waiting. The best service came from after we paid!!!!!! It was raining thunderstorm and the manager came with a big umbrella and took me to my car.......and when my car is at the restaurant front door, 2 restaurant staffs is walking my family out with umbrella!!!!!!! Wow... Just wow. They takes care of you even after you paid the bill. Foods are high quality and you order it from a tablet. Soup base is extra just like all other hot pot restaurants. Restaurant is very busy all the time weekday or weekend so come early for lunch or early dinner to avoid long wait. Parking can be a challenge here but is not so bad.

Good foods #Good time# chilling with my girlfriend and BF served by amazing staffs. We have Sunny and Leo who look after us. They both amazing , friendly and always come to clear our tables and replace clean I mean clean dishes. Like wow this is like VIP service. I love their washroom super clean got stuffs you can not imagine 200%I be back and would highly recommend my friends and families oh and they have show like face changes and noodles and free manicure and hand massage. By Zoe she is amazing and patient super sweet be kind tip them as courtesy and respect. She does basis nail treatments but enough to make your feel pamper. If you want one of those long nails then go to others location lol. Oh lastly I highly recommend you to book and reserve a table in advance as they fully book everyday and lone line up. Thank you Leo, Sunny and Zoe for your excellent services and to all the staffs too who work so hard to keep the place friendly, clean and entertaining give you likes.. Wish I could share the videos. I was impressed one of the best high end restaurants with affordable and reasonable price. I be back 200% lol Vegetarian options: I think they do not 100% sure but limited choices Kid-friendliness: Yes kid would love it their. Parking: They have spot but not sure if they have tables cater to wheel chairs client thou I would recommend to call them in advance and asked

Wow! I've always passed by before not really knowing what a fantastic place to for a fun experience. I took my bonus family and let's say everybody even I was blown by our experience. From the warm reception to ++ service to robotos to make your own sauce to the food to the small caring touches to dancing noodle to the show at the end of the diner. A little pricey but what an experience!! Will be coming again for those special occasions and guests to impress

Perfect hotpot restaurant! Great and fresh food, nice staff, comfortable environment and high-quality design and technology with cute robots for serving. Noodle shows were on. Cute aprons were also provided! It was a great experience!

Had the best hotpot experience here! Their service was incredible by far one of the best service we’ve ever experienced. Even during their busiest time of the day, the staff always made sure we were taken care of. Also, shoutout to Judy who always came by to our table to refill our water cups/soup and filtering out the foam/oil in our soup. Quality of food was amazing and delicious. Definitely would come back again for this experience!

We had a wonderful experience here for lunch today. Service was top notch. Our server, Samantha, brought out a whole dish and utensil set for our baby to eat, plus gave him a balloon. The food was delivered to our table by a robot, which was cool, and everything was fresh and delicious. We ordered the hand-pulled noodles and got a fantastic noodle-pulling dance show! Wow! Definitely a great restaurant for families.

Just went for dinner after a long day working. The lava shrimp ball was really good, and the services done by Ryan and Sunny were so satisfying. Sunny was very attentive in keeping our table tidy and refilling our drinks. Appreciated the watermelons and ice cream cones brought by her. Will definitely come back for the food and her service
