Hôtel WelcomInns - Montréal/Boucherville

So our stay was for one night before driving back home the next, and I have to say from the time I was there everything was splendid. Room was nice and especially the indoor pool. Breakfast was better than most of the places we been too in Quebec. Overall it was a good stay would come again.

I wish I could give the Boucherville WelcomInns better than 3 but the bed was just horrible - lumpy, troughs on right and left sides with a big rise in the middle. The sofa bed was actually better. Other than that the whole is very good. The desk staff is friendly and professional and the breakfast kitchen staff are attentive to the buffet meeting everything fresh and hot. It seems like every hotel has sausage, scrambled eggs and baked beans but this was the only one in recent memory where these were all hot and actually tasted like what they should. Thankfully they also served steaming hot flavourful coffee in glass pots on a hot plate, keeping the pots fresh and full through breakfast instead of tepid, bland burnt rice water in dispensers. Lots of bread options, hard boiled eggs, yoghurt, outrage slices also on offer. Plus there was enough seating for everyone. Lots of hot water and a big bathroom vanity. The fixtures seem a bit old and the outside door and bathroom door had curious latches but were perfectly functional. If I knew I'd have a decent bed I'd return at the drop of a hat.

Horrible experience in this hotel. When requested to have the Air conditioner fixed, they completely ignored us. For the sake we don't speak French or is it because of race. The worst hotel I have ever been to. Edit: see the sales manager himself is pretty rude. Explaining that the AC is a new technology and denying that the trip was fused. The electrician and the receptionist failed to serve us guest. I have been to days inn type motels they have better customer service than you.

Close to highway and excellent customer service. We enjoyed the breakfast and the wifi. The pool is also very nice. Highly recommend considering this hotel for your next visit.

Lobby is very clean and sleek. The reception was very friendly and was fluent in English. Rooms are similar to Holiday Inn rooms. But they are very nice. The breakfast is a bit lacking, just alot of surgery treats with eggs and sausage. But there is some fruit there and good favoured coffee. It's a good spot, expect it's location is in front of some painfully busy street that feeds into the highway. Expect serious delay during rush hour.
