Hôtel WelcomInns - Montréal/Boucherville

I stayed at this hotel for three days, paying $154.58 per day. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.nnThe pool is poorly managed and contains an excessive amount of chlorine, which causes severe colds and coughs for both me and my daughter.nnThe room's heating and cooling systems were also dysfunctional. We were unable to control the temperature, leaving us either too cold or too hot.nnThe breakfast options were minimal, consisting only of bread, a few muffins, black tea, cereal, and milk.nnAdditionally, the staff behaviour was quite unsettling. They did not smile or respond when I tried to greet them. I noticed that they only smiled and greeted people of the same racial background, which is unacceptable.nnI am extremely disappointed with my stay.

Loved it here. Large spacious rooms that are clean. Check-in was a breeze. Good hot breakfast.nIll be back!

woke up this morning and went outside and there was a strong smell of dog food from a. Company close by my body reacted and felt like I was gonna puke I was gagging over and over again then puked worst experience to have in the morning and it still smells after 2 hours this place is over price randomly 120$ yesterday and today 222$ and the breakfast looks ok but is actually the worst breakfast I’ve been too not my way of doing a buffet been here a few times already but was trying to give a chance but this went over the top today waking up gagging seems like employees get it easy see one employee go out smoking in his car all the time next to clients unreal

Roomy and clean rooms. Nice swimming pool. Friendly staff. Breakfast is just continental not fancy, limited choice. Hotel is in middle of nowhere. Nearest bar is 15 min. walk.

The only reason to stay at this hotel is a visit to NRC which is located right across the street. Very old and outdated. People were constantly hanging out in the parking lot behind the hotel. Loud. The breakfast was just ok. The room is outdated and small.
