First time staying at this hotel. Visit is for business purposes and everything from the room to the meeting space is top notch. Food service is great, on site restaurant is very good. Staff is very helpful and pleasing to deal with. Hotel currently undergoing some renovations but noise level is almost non existent and with minimal disturbance to the hotel stay. Will definitely back here in the future.

Wasn't suppose to stop at a hotel that day but got sick in the car and I'm almost glad I did! Nice room and bathroom. Huge shower! The bed was really comfy and even if not in a good time for me I appreciated the place!

We stayed at this hotel for four nights as we attended a convention in their conference centre. The front desk reception staff were unwelcoming and not particularly helpful upon arrival as we were in need of a pharmacy and they told us there were two in the area and to look them up. Our room was tidy but the two armchairs smelled and had dark stains on them. The ironing board was broken so we used the desk to press our dress clothes. There were also unsightly wrinkles in the carpet and moth holes in the blackout curtains. However, what was most alarming about our stay is that on the 3rd night my husband forgot his key card in the room. When he approached the front desk (a clerk that he had never seen before) to obtain a replacement and volunteered to show them his ID to prove he was the actual guest in the room they said it wasn't necessary. The two stars have been awarded to their friendly cleaning staff who greeted us in hallways and routinely inquired if we needed anything in our room. This hotel would be nothing without their tenacious cleaning staff. It should also be noted that the hotel was under extensive renovations while we were there.

Rooms are a fair size and clean. There are some renovations going on where the reception area is. Finding the reception area would be challenging if it wasn't for the signs to lead you there. The hotel pool is cold, but the hot tub is warm. There is also a sauna that is nice and hot to relax in.

Everything was great except that we stayed while they were making renovations. Rooms had all expected amenities. Best part, the shower was fancy. You could select the temperature in Celsius before turning it on. There was a pool and fitness center. It was nearby many restaurants and shopping centers. Construction made no noise, but would be 5 stars without it. No free breakfast.
