Hôtel L'Oiselière Lévis

Key cards are low magnetized and don't work half the time. I didn't have any soap or shampoo in my room for 3 days. Walls are not well sound proofed, easy to hear other people and traffic of the road right outside. A spotlight was pointed right at my window which the curtains did an okay job of block just weird light placement to start with. Definitely smelled smoke from another room near mine, either cigarette or cigar. Roomkeeping threw out my half full package of cotton pads. Pool is creepy as overlooking balconies and caged birds can watch you the whole time (maybe good for parents with kids) hotel has no gym. Breakfast was good and the service in the restaurant was nice but the whole area smells very strongly of chlorine.

Quite decent room, LG tvs were fabulous and that's a place you should consider if you pass by Lévis' side. The pool/spa is around a magnificent garden with birds and monstrous windows. Tho the view isn't that peticular (Irving right in front)

As a "half-way point" to our annual trip to the East Coast, we've stayed a number of times at their sister hotel in Montmagny and were always quite pleased. When they were booked solid, we decided to go to the nearby Levis hotel expecting a similar experience. We were quite disappointed to discover this was not the case. We arrived with two small children, all of us hungry and looking forward to a nice meal. Levis' "new and improved" restaurant only serves breakfast now, leaving us to order delivery. If they only do breakfast, and they make sure to feature their buffet, you would think the breakfast buffet would at least be good. Again, major disappointment. Scrambled eggs from a carton, barely cooked sausage, and a surcharge if you wanted bacon do not make for a quality breakfast buffet. The room was very nice, as was the pool, but that is all that kept this from being a 1 star review. Suffice to say, we will not be staying at the Levis location ever again.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The indoor pool and hot tub are stunning, particularly during sunset. The staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. Our room has been comfortable and clean. Our kids have already asked us to come back here again next year. We really appreciate the hospitality and also the quality of the hotel. We have had a wonderful stay.
