Of course they wont find record of my visit as they write in All their bad reviews, the good reviews I'm sure they write themselves.Before taking my cat here I called his vet in my country, explined symptoms and got a very specific instructions. Went to this clinic cause of the "reviews " and proximity. The "vet " before even checking my cat gave me the cost $$$ of the possible treatment, then again without checking told me what she thought the cat had, that's when I lose it and told her that her job was to 1. Know how to save an animal in distress 2. Do her job 3. Act as fast as possible but she seemed to be more worried about charges and apparently the time it could take her to act. Then finally she acted ando guess what the diagnosis that I was given by telephone was correct, but the pseudo vet of this hole wanted to sell me the dead package they have.....

They will tell you any lie to make you buy stuff. The doctor is very inexperienced. Rude and offensive. They try to make you feel like irresponsible pet owner, just so you can buy their products. Also, kind of expensive. It is more a sale point then a care for my pets. Been there twice, it's enough. Never going there again.

I brought my dog, dying from kidney failure. I was ignored, not welcomed. I bought painkillers,which I didn't get the chance to give to my dog. My dog passed away a few hours after. They won't refund me the painkillers even though they weren't used, still in the uv bag. No sense of remorse. They only wanna steal your money.

Quite good. My cat was sick with symptoms resembling gastroenteritis. The initial estimate of the bill was quite expensive - more than my salary, however, the vet was very understanding with my situation and was able to bring down the bill and services to a manageable amount (with added responsibilities for me of course), while still providing the essential medical requirements for my pet. Well done - friendly staff, please keep up the good work.

Called on easter weekend when my cat started feeling very ill. Got an apointment an hour later and was taken in right away by the tech. The technicians there are top notch. Very human and pleasant, so are the receptionists. The vet is always willing to accomodate to your budget and is understanding. A+ technical skills all around! Having an animal is a privilege, if you are not ready to pay up whenever they get sick, don't get an animal. It is pricey, but knowing the work that goes into treating veterinary patients, this hospital is very reasonable. You cannot expect them to disgnose and treat your animal without tests and, well, tests cost money. We had to say goodbye to our baby that day, but the staff was very understanding and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. There was a mistake on my invoice and they fixed it right away and arranged for a refund very quickly after I called. Overall good experience. Thank you.
