Great place, great trainers, and friendly workout friends. Workouts are always challenging, different all the time, which makes it a surprise each time you show up. I love the 30 minute concept, I always leave there, and feel like I worked hard in that timeframe. It also is great with our busy schedules, no excuses!! All the instructors are very nice, very knowledgeable, and care about each member. I truly recommend Report Fitness, great concept, with a great team.

Weighing myself at 225 lbs, I realized that I needed to lose weight and make some significant lifestyle changes. Since then, losing weight has always been my primary focus. Through eating well and working out regularly, I managed to shed over 60 lbs and lower my body fat from 35% to 20%. Of course, it wasn't always a constant decrease. Several "plateaus" and episodes of weight gain pushed me to explore new avenues to keep me motivated and "back in the game". This lead me to discovering HIIT through home workouts like P90X and Insanity. I was immediately hooked and saw incredible results. Unfortunately, following the same DVDs day after day quickly gets repetitive. In my quest for new and more challenging workouts, I decided to give Report a try... and I couldn't be happier that I did!! The WODs are original and challenging. Not knowing what each 30 minutes has in store for us keeps things fresh and exciting each and every day. The trainers are all very knowledgeable, charismatic, and motivating. Having a trainer present for every workout ensures that your form is excellent and that you keeping pushing through when you're on the verge of giving up. I've been attending Report Fitness 5 days per week for over 2 months and there's no sign of me slowing down or losing interest! Love this gym, great trainers, workout changes each day and it's great for beginners as well as more experienced gym goers! Been there 9 months and haven't gotten bored yet like I do with most gyms/classes I've done in the past.
If you want to have real results! What's wonderful about this gym is that there's always a challenge wether you're new or been working out for a long time. Love it! AND the staff is just awesome
I recommend this place hands down. Friendly and professional staff that are attentive and motivating. HIIT is very challenging for all levels as much for women and men, it will whip you into shape,make you feel stronger and above all it's fun and you get different workout variations everytime. Garanteed to sweat !!! Awsome sound system and good beats to move with.
