If you are interested in truly understanding how to improve your movement and mobility and take your practice/training to another level, Agatsu is the place to be!! Sara and Shawn saved my back after a Crossfit injury and helped me recondition my squat. Patrick’s workouts are fun and challenging. I love my Agatsu community/family!!!

This is an amazing gym. It’s not pretentious and all levels are welcome. The coaches know their stuff and are great at cueing. You should come check it out!
