Very nice local gym, clean, friendly clientele, currently being renovated. I've been coming here for quite a while, it's a nice gym, airy, lots of space, but as of this date they're also renovating, so things are moving around a bit and some parts of the gym can get a bit crowded, but the final plans look awesome! I'll update this post when they're done with renovations, but even during this transition period it's a great gym to work out. And if I'm not mistaken, you can still get a pretty good deal while renovations are in progress.

This is the place for workput, very spacy. Lots of Treadmills, cycles. Separate place for Yoga, exercise and Pilate. A big changing room for men and women. Above all a daily quote on the board......

A really nice place to train, the staff is very friendly and non judgmental, the place is always clean, you have all the necessary equipment to properly train. The owner always smiles and very friendly. À great place to train.

If you are looking for a spacious gym with a lot of equipment this is your place. Its a very big gym with a lot of choices of equipment so no need to worry about peek hours and waiting for a machine. Def a gym to lift. And the pricing to be honest cannot be beat in LaSalle. Amazing deals. But, if you are interested in classes, like zumba, then I would not recommend it. From the experience I had, I would say there are many gyms that offer more enticing classes with certified instructors.
