Frenchys is way better than Value village. Clothes that are actually thrift store prices, and the change rooms are open.nnThe selection and quality could be improved a bit which is why I give 4 stars.

Just had the worst customer service I've had in a long time. The cashier came to my changing room door and I said hello to let her know I was in there. She said just checking, you have been in there a long time. Well I have heart issues and my lungs are also bad so I have to take things a little slower than most people. Not that I expected her to know that. But I only had 8 items with me. When I walked into the changing room the person before me left all their hangers and clothes in there. It was a mess. So I go to cash. ..not only did I get looks to kill she only said what she had to. When she talks to all the other shoppers like they are family. And I'm appalled at reading some of the other google reviews about security and homophonic comments. Absolutely awful and there should be some sort of disciplinary action taken. I will stick to the frencys in Shediac for the most part. The staff is amazing there. It's clean and I have not once been treated with disrespect.nI have to say as I was walking out I Said to the cashier. Jeesh. Your much nicer to everyone else. And it's the truth. Oh and I happen to notice one day they asked Me to put my purse at the front with cashier. I had no probl3m with it. It's a bigger purse so ok I get it. But then I started looking around and there were some purses bigger than mine that they didn't have to put up at the front with the cashier.

Sweet kind staff, always nice and neat.

With the companies new implementation of security guards to protect their dirty $4 t shirts I as well as anyone I can inform, will take my business elsewhere. Your incredible hire the useless useless security guard made an old lady cry after accusing her of stealing. The manager and company need to get it together. It's cheap clothing for god sakes! Stay out of purses you weirdos.

Big store, lots of clothes with super low price. Must visit
