Walmart Moncton (W) Supercentre

Was able to get in and out using self checkouts in a timely manner. It's much more efficient than waiting in regular or even express checkouts. Wish they would schedule more staff so store wasn't so unkempt looking. Thankfully they had stock of everything we were looking for tonight.

Staff in customer service need a lot of training,having worked at a Walmart in the States for 13 plus years I know Walmart returns policy had a hard time returning a TV that I bought online about a week ago even after giving the associate my order number for the return she still tried to tell me I could not return it and eventually she had to call Walmart online.Long story short I returned it also the cashiers need more training in the exchange rate Walmart is an America company so the cashiers need to get familiar with the American currency most of them look at you really strange when you try to pay with US currency and then end up giving you the wrong change back so please watch out.As an American living in Georgia I thought my tax of 6% was too much until I came to Moncton hell I looked at my receipt and almost passed out 15% unbelievable that’s it for me.The parking lot needs a lot of work .

Good prices and large selection, but staff are rarely in the isles.

No one available for help at new self scans. We waited 15 min. and by then 4 people had their light on and weren't served in correct order. I must now add that what merchandise I need I'm always told it's only available online. For some people they don't mind, but I like to be able to see the product in person! It's getting to the point of why bother having physical stores anyways if they are not going to carry most things?!

For a big box corporate store, this Walmart is alright! They've always got a great stock of their sale meats and produce, and it seems much fresher than most other stores in the area. We always come here for our produce and chicken... But that's about it. The Walmart Great Value brand is pretty terrible for the most part, and their bread selection could use some work on the pricing side. Other than that, it's a typical Walmart... Huge store filled with a lot of stuff you don't want or need.
