Walmart Moncton (W) Supercentre

Bought two curtains today the same colour and the same package but when opened, figured out that one is more longer than it is indicated on the paper. Was waiting for long time until mane manager solved that issue because Indian employee from return desk was looking on me as if I have made that curtains at home and wonted to chang it intentionally. It took much time for me to return the product.

Great value, among many other things found in Walmart is complete garbage. Check out this cream cheese spread great value and its condition a month prior to the best before date.

If ever in need,you’re on your own. I was looking for pillowcases and after talking to two different employees and playing charades for 10 minutes,they still had idea what I was talking about. I went to Giant Tiger. That’s now where I do a lot of my shopping if I need something quick.

The box of plastic forks and knives in the food section was empty, I had to talk to 3 different employees because nobody knew what a fork was. The third guy they called from the back of the kitchen who was also confused about what a fork was, finally went to look and there were none… not sure how they’re supposed to sell the “grab and go” style food when there’s no utensils let alone employees who don’t know what a fork is.

I went to Walmart to return my product, it was a gift and I also had a valid receipt, but the person named Ranu CSM has no manners to deal with customers. I was shocked because he is the manager lol !!!!!!nI also showed him Walmart's return policy but still he did not return the product and behaved badly with me even he didn't have any valid reason to deny. My humble request to Walmart is to please hire good and educated staff who have good communication skills.nI really appreciate Walmart from dieppe because they always provide best service to the customers.
