Costco Wholesale

Oh boy oh boy. Costco trip !!! If you live a fair distance away this may be a special outing for some. Like myself it may happen once a month or less. Usually a big spending day when it does but what we come home with is worth it. While in the store I browse. Have a look at all the seasonal items, which are always good quality. Prices have gone way up , as they have everywhere, and this is incentive to read the coupon booklet , check online deals and snag feel good sales in-store. It is for me, worth having the money back membership. I went one step further during these expensive times and now have their money back credit card. Anything I can do to save money is the goal. Spending wisely within my budget means I get to take my time. Hint: Check online sales first, then shop in-store. Have fun. It's a wonderland during the fall seasonal displays.

I was waiting in line to use the self checkout and the worker comes up to me and asks to see my membership card to see the picture to make sure it was mine which is fine, no problem. And then i start to realize she’s only asking the younger looking people in line for proof. So according to them, just because we’re young means we cant afford our own memberships and trying to use other peoples cards?Absolutely insulting.

Do I like Costco, no, too crowded. Paying to shop there is crazy. Do you save? I can't really say if there is a savings. It is clean, they hire a lot of people. So this is a good thing.

It costco what's not to love! The return line was long but went fast with great customer service as always. Bathrooms were spotless, and the sales floor was tidy and clean. Help was easy to find to lift my heavy item onto the trolley and then into the car.

Today I cancelled my membership. I had the great displeasure of dealing with an associate at the Costco gas station. After waiting awhile in a not moving lane for a pump an empty spot opened up in another lane. I pulled into the pump and a moment later another car pulled up behind me. I proceeded to try to fill up when the employee walked up and told me that I was not allowed to switch lanes. I apologized and said I would make sure not to do it in the future and was then told that my transaction at the pump was going to be denied. I was not permitted to put gas in my empty tank. I do not often make complaints, however this interaction was so intensely embarrassing and angering that I felt compelled to do so. I know my singular membership cancellation will not harm Costco however I will not support this business any longer. *Edited to remove the employees name for their own privacy.

Attention is definitely needed to address lacking customer service standards. Store is in good condition, but it seems multiple employees of this location feel superior to their consumers, and thus have no problem talking down or arguing with them.

Costco is a great place to shop for bulk. The only real issue with Costco these days is parking and checkout times. I literally avoid going there because, although they have things I need/want, I dread trying to find a parking space and I also dread the insanely long wait times to pay for said items. It's a bit of a shame that there stores don't seem to want to address these key issues.

Great place but a bit crowded over the weekends. I would highly recommend their tire service though. I normally prefer to go their once a month.

Costco has so far got the best prices in terms of groceries.get all your laundry stuff, fruits, vegetables and cleaning stuff from Costco. I have found the best sea food here.Even the gasoline is reasonable.

Terrible experience. It's way too busy. No room. Very frustrating. They should have left the other Costco open. Not worth the trip unless you're unemployed or work off hours and can go during the first 30 minutes they open when its not busy Nothing against their products, no issues there.
