Bought a T Shirt last week. They forgot to remove the security tag. I noticed that upon getting ready for a function on Sunday morning. Went to the store right away at morning 10.30am and door was locked. There were people working inside the store but opening time was 11am. I called store and asked them to open the door for me to remove the security tag. They declined my request and asked to wait till 11am. It’s highly unprofessional as i am getting late for the function. It’s the store who forgot to remove the security tag during the checkout and now they are not helping me at all. I can still see multiple people working inside the store. It may take 1 minute for them to remove my security tag. But they don’t want to do it until they open.

OD Navy Moncton offers excellent service and a great selection of products. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, making the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. The store is well-organized and clean, and I always find what I’m looking for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality items and great customer service at affordable price.

Nice store, good choice, friendly staff. I come back there every time I need clothes for me or my family. It's my first choice for Tall sizes.

Good selection of clothes for the whole family. Decent prices. Music is a little bit loud.

Google listed hours as 9am-9pm. Showed up at 9:45am and tried to enter store. Female employee stormed to entrance and started screaming through the closed doors at my 9 year old son while pointing at the store hours sign. Store only opens at 10am. Very rude customer service. Tried calling store to complain in person, no one answered, no option to leave a message.
