Nice setting but very average service. The restaurant is barely half full for breakfast and the waiters are rushing around so much you feel bad asking anything. When you do, you’re lucky to get a few seconds of attention. Buffet takes a long time to get refilled. Overall not a great experience.

This is one of the best afternoon tea in Toronto. We had the autumn tea and a jester’s tea for my son. Great service and the seating are classy. The quality of the food is top notch.

Went here for high tea. The tea was of good quality and tasty. When they bring you the boxes of tea to choose from the waiters are very knowledgeable and can give you background information on any of the teas. 

The quality of the food as well is good and fresh. Like most high tea there is just too much food :P You'll be rolling out.

Victoria's was recommended by British expat friends. I've been to other hotels and Victoria's Restaurant is very reasonably-priced, in a very nice space and well-worth a visit!
