Guess - Chinook Mall

Very despoted with customers service. Bunch of children very rude treat me like i did samting i felt so uncomfortable. No respect at all . I purchased bult with dress and I relize the bult is not feeting and so i want back to the store and they treat me like I broke it even the tag is on the guy thare very rude .I was guss custmer almost 20 years I keep asking if they can look at a camara to see but was very upset I have to live the store without the bult .very rude people .naver go back here .

Very helpful, the quality of the clothing is good. Managed to get some super cute items as well as something for the baby and the hubby.

Walked in last night and all 3 employees didn't even bother to look at me or say hi, just stood up at the counter talking amongst themselves. I was the only customer in there so it was extremely uncomfortable. I felt so i unwelcomed. I was looking for a birthday outfit but just walked out as obviously they didn't care for my business. Maybe hire different employees.

I went to the guess store in Chinook and two amazing men helped me. I believe the names were Goerge and Kevin? But we came in just browsing and my friend and I ended up loving these two bags. My bag was on sale but my friends was not. They ended up not having the colour I wanted in store but one of the guys looked it up online and had it shipped to me and honoured the sale price. My friends bag was not on sale so we left. But she saw that she had a %15 off offer online. We went back to the store and the manager was able to honour the discount for her bag. The service was impeccable and these guys were truly professional and made sure we got the bags we wanted. They were also very patient as we were trying bag after bag to decide between diff colours and designs. Love this store, will recommend for futur!

Thank you staff for basically looking at me and judging me on how I look when I came in wanting to buy a pair of sunglasses but instead I got the judgmental look. Especially when someone is on vacation from out of town.

The selection of clothing items are really nice, the store is very clean and organized. I would also like to compliment an employee here named Isabel? Isabelle? not too sure of the spelling, she was so nice and helpful as she recommended items for me, and she also helped to find the pair of pants I was looking for despite it being in another location. Thank you so much Isabel!

Heads up, if you’re dressed in gym clothes, they’ll probably assume your stealing. The Indian? sales lady was extremely rude and instantly asked if i wanted to put a pair of socks I’d just picked up to look at on hold. Was planning on buying it but her presumptive tone and following eyes made me think otherwise. As a former retail employee, I’m aware this is how they treat potential thefts. Next time, try not to profile people! Super disappointing and guaranteed you will never have my, or my family or friends patronage.

Large guess store, really nicely designed with good cloths and options. Really enjoy shopping at this store!

A very bitter place to shop. Walked in there and there's this 2 Asian ladies chating and chatting with stupid outside work conversations. I had to ask if they work here as they were very uninterested to help customer. Will never go back here again and I don't recommend this store especially if you need help fitting...

I went in there today, I bought a purse in May I was in love with in the Vancouver store but unfortunately the piping on the handles didn't last. I took it in with my receipt and the Manager was super helpful and nice. I was unable to get the same purse but she gave me a store credit for the cost of the purse. There were no questions asked, no issues, it was super painless. I ended up buying some additional stuff with my points. I will be back to the location again and I'm looking forward to it!!
