I am part of the monthly massage 'club' and the prices are excellent. Online booking is easy and text reminds are handy. Ryan is an excellent massage therapist. He listens well, gives good tips for optimum wellness and is very friendly.
The company just cares about running numbers and pushing you into a membership. The red-head is extremely rude and should be let go. The other admin just sit at the front and talk 24/7.The spa is run down. MTs are excellent but everything else kills it.
The manager and their policies are killing this business. Too bad because the massage therapist are generally pretty good, but management needs to be fired. Not responsive, no customer experience initatives, it's like I was an inconvenience for them.
