Good place to stop and do some shopping. A little crowded but that's any mall. Also love the underground parking which was really nice since I had my dog with me and it was cold outside. Parking underground I was able to keep him warm and protected while we stopped for a break
I love Chinook Centre, it’s my favourite mall in Calgary. It’s got an upscale vibe without being obstructive. They see a crazy amount of traffic and manage it expertly. I particularly like to go through the Phil & Sebastians Coffee and then wander over to the Apple store to consider toys.
Over the last week I have seen a great improvement from this mall, to maintain hygiene while continuing to provide services. The food court is less crowded and more Janitors are keeping the mall very clean. Smaller stores have a small number of customers allowed inside. The Christmas decorations are beautiful.
This really is one of my favorite malls to shop and spend sometime in. They have a lot of good stores in there. The theater nice there too.
Had an amazing experience with my new stylist Fidel tonight. He was so thorough and professional when doing my full color treatment. As well, he took his time to cut my hair and did not rush! I will definitely be returning to Chatters at Chinook!
Too crowded for covid restrictions. Everyone ignoring the directions. Otherwise the mall is trying their best.
They put up excellent Social distancing measures in place and there's ample security and police patrolling in the mall. You get the odd young people fighting over petty stuff but the security is always fast to respond. This mall is one of the best in Calgary IMHO.
