Bankers Hall Postal Outlet

I would literally prefer to walk my mail to wherever I'm sending it rather than have to utilize this postal outlet again. It's like the clerk was going out of his way to be as unhelpful as possible to everyone that came in.

I've been to the outlet a few time and the man working there is unpleasant and rude. I'll admit I only go there out of convenience but now I'd rather walk a few blocks to another post office rather than give them my business.

Appalling service. Come here to be treated with total disrespect. I was served by the owner, and he has a total lack of courtesy or professionalism. He seemed angry actually, to assist me, which is so ironic considering this is a business. The staff reflect terribly on Canada Post, which I have only ever had positive experiences with.

The worst customer service ever. The owner and staff are unfriendly and sometimes even rude. They only survive because there is no other Canada Post nearby, unfortunately, so have had to come here for the last 7 years. Dread it every time.

Wasn’t particularly busy when I went in. I had a single letter which I wanted to send but because of the internet rarely do I send mail and so I needed help. The owner was beyond rude, unpleasant and acted as if I had done him a disservice by asking for some minor help. Would recommend if you are looking for terrible service.

I don't understand all these negative reviews. The staff here have always been pleasant to deal with, no matter how busy they are and they do occasionally get out of control busy. Too many downtown, type-A personalities not getting the service they THINK they deserve, I assume..
