Was greeted by the nice lady's as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed any help as I walked around the store. I was looking for knives and cookware and they were very knowledgeable about both. It is a bit of a pricey place but you get what you pay for as nothing is low quality there and will last you for years to come. So if you're looking for friendly staff and quality products for you're kitchen this is the place to be!

This place is epic, cozy and carries some unique/specific tools and kitchenware that I haven’t seen at other kitchen stores!! If it just wasn’t so cramped/tight inside, I could spend all day in here

Great experience.  When buying a set of casserole dishes, the person working there actually took them out of the box to make sure the quality was there.  Loved the extra attention.. great job ladies!

I've shopped at this store for over 20 years.  They always have what I want and also things I don't think I want but soon discover I need!  The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful even when the store is busy.  I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cooking needs. The person who gave this store 2 stars and didn't explain why is being unfair.  This is a great store!  I'm going there today.  I called first to make sure they have what I want; they have it in 3 styles and stock only the highest quality.

I was in the store today looking to purchase some new cookware. The two ladies working there thought their conversation was more important than acknowledging customers. First and last time in that store. Good thing there are other retailers in town who understand customer service.

So much in store! When I was at my North Dakota Aunt's house I wanted to make Yorkshire Puddings as she had never had them.  I tried her "Popover" pan, which looks like a deeper, more conical muffin pan.  The Yorkshire's had a lovely large loft and came out so easy, and with less fat used, there was no greasy boil over or oven mess to clean up.  My Aunt was thrilled with them and recognized them as Popovers.  Anyway, it was here at the compleat cook that they ordered in "popover" pans for me because they're so much better than using muffin tins.

I just went to check their website and see what they have in store , first time ever using their website ,  It says I'm being limited by the website owner...  Any help would he great.

Great customer service. Good selection of items.

I have never been disappointed coming into this business.   They always have what I'm looking for or are able to offer alternatives.

Great well stocked kitchen place.
