The atmosphere is the best , but the food is horrible , you ask for extra egg and extra chicken , you never will get that , and this is happening all the time , not just in busy mornings or lunch time , so sad to not have a nice place for have diner or breakfast, the same with drink and beverages always check they usually give you ,the drink open ,nWe should have better management and services special with the highest prices and inflation, we deserve nice services we paid for it , GOOD LUCK

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with Julia. She works front of house taking care of customers and the dining area. She’s thoughtful and does wonderfully at her job. I couldn’t leave one more time without acknowledging her. Thanks for holding it down!! You’re amazing!

Ordered 2 chicken nugget MEALS got charged extra for the side of Mac n cheese and lemonade. Order was $33 for 2 kids to eat dinner. Never again. Service person was rude acted like she couldn't be bothered. Really unhappy with our first experience here

Went there with my husband as we traveled through Cheyenne. We were helped by a cashier that was so nice and efficient. I saw that he had an “in training” tag on his name tag. I was so surprised, he was handling the crazy Saturday dinner like an All Star!nnThere were some really rude teenage boys in front of us. When this in training employee brought the food to the table of the boys, they were incredibly rude. They asked him is he knew about the name of the mints, and then they laughed at him and called him an “incompetent chic fila employee” because he didn’t know that they were called cow treats or something?nnAnyways, I felt like I needed to applaud this in training employee. He handled the rudeness with such grace even I was tempted to talk to these young bullies. Didn’t talk back, just took it in stride and laughed it off. I’m over 30 and I don’t know if I could have handled that so gracefully.nnWhoever trained him is doing great, and this employee was an all star.

The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing is the garbages in the dining room were packed and over flowing and many of the tables had crumbs and leftover trays. Probably b/c garbages were too full. But my order was to go, so didn't impact my experience too much.
