Wonderful park. Besides pleasant walk i learned few interesting facts.93 hectares donated by single family to City of Calgary. Unique ecosystem similar to one you can see in Jasper....No more spoilers, just go there see and read for yourself. Relaxing walk from one end to the other by main trail took us exactly 60 minutes, same for return trip. Parking, washrooms. Bring your dog, bike or kids and you will enjoy few hours in secluded forest just 25 min away from downtown.

Beautiful place to wander, walk the dog or just sit and enjoy the quiet. Love this place any time of the year.

This is a really surprising gem. Lots of places to have a picnic on the driver's edge and go for swim. Great for the dog and the whole family. Bring your fishing rod.

come for a jog, bike ride or dog walk. Come alone or in groups... bring a field guide and learn something or just appreciate the unique natural surroundings... I love these woods.

These woods are next to my neighbourhood and are a great place to walk off the stress. An absolute gem of a place and a great place to visit.
