I have been buying custom made Jewelry from GemArt for over 21 years - their ability to help you create uniquely personal items is amazing. Of the over 16 pieces the created for myself and friends - they made an amazing ring cast from a 2100 yr old Roman coin - it, like all their work, was exceptional. Personal service was excellent, the modern 3D printing for designing is amazing and pricing was less than expected.

Since is was a little girl almost all my custom and sentimental jewelry is from here. Best in the business and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

We decided to go with Fantasy Gemart to customize my wedding band. There are many stresses that come along with planning a wedding, but working with Dave was the most frustrating part. We encountered so many issues, and ended up taking about 5 months to be able to get everything together. After we finalized the design to match with my engagement ring, Dave said it would take only 1 week to make. After two weeks on not hearing back from him, we contacted him ourselves, in which he said it would be made that week. When we picked up the ring, the ring had scratch marks on it, the pave setting was not straight, it was diagonal for some reason, in which he did not acknowledge, and there was a hole in the inner band. We sent him a picture and he said it'll be easily buffed off. We had to go back, requested to meet with MIke (his brother) instead, in which Mike said the whole ring would need to be re-made, and that Dave would get in contact with us. We also requested for an appraisal for the ring. Weeks passed and we didn't hear anything from Dave at all to acknowledge he even received the ring, so we had to take it upon us to follow up, and realized he did not work on it yet until then. When we picked up the ring, we could notice some of the diamonds on the ring were smaller than others, and the design was poorly done, but we decided to leave it be, as our wedding was coming up soon. However, they did not provide the appraisal card as requested, but he was apologetic and offered to bring our ring to the appraiser and have us pick it up from them in a couple of days. The days turned into weeks, as each time we contacted Dave (since he would never initiate a follow up), he continuously had an excuse why the appraisal was not ready (and it was the appraiser's fault, never his). Finally, we were weeks away from our wedding without the wedding band, and we had to ask Dave to deliver the ring and appraisal to us personally. Upon receiving the appraisal, all the information about the ring was incorrect, including the weight of the diamonds, the sizes of the ring, etc. This made us wonder if the appraisal was even authentic. When contacting Dave about it, he blamed it on the appraiser for "messing up" and that he would get us the correct one (without requiring the ring to appraise properly?). He said he would get back to us within a week, but we heard nothing from him. Our wedding passed, we went on our honeymoon, and 2 months later we had to initiate yet another contact to him to provide us with the correct appraisal. He still did not get the appraisal done, and response would always be that he would get in contact with us in a few days. We started having to CC his father (owner of the company) into the emails that we would need to initiate for follow up, and that seemed to be the only way to light a fire in him in order to actually follow through with anything. After this experience, we do not recommend using Fantasy GemArt, unless you want to add more frustration into your wedding planning process. Dave was arrogant, unreliable, and the product was poorly done. We question whether or not the appraisal is even accurate, or this whole thing is a scam. We will be taking the ring to a different appraiser to have it completed. We went with FG because the price was good, but you don't even get what you pay for, as the result and customer service was not worth anything. This was the only decision we regret making!

We were referred to Mike from Fantasy Gemart through friends and were not disappointed. Mike is a very talented and honest jeweler, we did our research and shopped around and he definitely beat the competition in terms of service, price, and quality for diamonds. We've referred him to many friends and family. Would definitely repurchase through him again!
