Green Suites

Will never stay here again,this place is old,outdated,smells like smoke and also kinda moldy smelling also. Couldn't sleep because of the smell and the yapping Dog next Door!

We resevered a room and asked to pay for an early check in, given the Michigan game started at 3:30 and check in was at 4. We got her to check in at 3p and are still waiting. Drove over to our room that the front desk said she was cleaning and the housekeeper seemed to be on a break. Good job housekeeper Michelle, my husband has missed kick off (a world ending disaster in his mind) and I get to hear about it for the rest if the day. Front desk is unhelpful, did not recommend or offer switching rooms... Did not offer an apology for the fact that we requested an early check in..that we would PAY FOR!

Our experience was horrible !!! The 2 bed queen suite was old, dirty and smelly. My husband and I booked this place at the last minute due to the shuttle , that was a complete joke!! The shuttle only had limited seats and we were waiting for well over 2O mins. This place is outdated. There was holes in the mattresses and a pleura if stains on the floor. I would never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone !

I am very dissapointed with the customer service and overall experience of staying at the Green suites. I have stayed at the green suites on numerous occasions and I even recommended this place, but I will not be returning. I stayed in the non-smoking suite from 7/1/17-7/3/17. When I opened the door to the room I was greeted with smushed bugs on the walls, spiders in every corner dirty paper plates out on the patio and an overall nasty room...uggggh! After discussing the issue with the front desk I was told that there were no other rooms available but someone could come and tidy up the room. Housekeeping came and wiped a few bugs off the walls and left; the floor was still dirty and the shower had a dirt ring in it so thick that I went to the dollar and purchased cleaing products and alcohol to clean and sanitize myself. Also, the chlorine in the pool was so ostrong that my eyes burned and bleach stains were left on my new shirt from my hair dripping pool water. Upon checking out I expressed all these issues and there was no atempt to rectify the situation. I will not be returning.

Took 1 hour and thirty minutes to check in and when we got in Ants on wall and tv didn"t work. Manager Chris didn't inform is we needed to return to desk for new room assignment, we are still waiting get room. Having arrived at 5:00 and now 7:00.
