Courtyard by Marriott Mt. Pleasant at Central Michigan University

The rooms were really nice. The hotel is super new. The wifi sucks unless you pay $5 to upgrade. There is no complimentary breakfast. The staff is super friendly and helpful

Stopped by the Marriott Courtyard on my way up to Northern Michigan. The Courtyard provided a nice clean place to stay. The staff was efficient and courteous and set us up in a room quickly. The accommodations were very nice. I would recommend staying at the Courtyard by Marriott anytime your travels take you to Mt. Pleasant.

Went to check in and was told they were overbooked due to uncontrolled circumstances. Called 2 hours before to make sure the reservation was all good and was told yes. Sent us to another hotel with the room on them, completely free. We booked this hotel for the balcony and view, if we wanted to stay at another hotel we would've booked another. Poor customer service not to call in advance. Was planning on staying here every big weekend but won't now. Losing my business of course won't matter to them, but we reserved a room here for a reason just to be turned away.

The rooms were very clean and it’s a great hotel to stay at. The nicest hotel in Mt Pleasant.

Clean hotel with great amenities close by to the Central Michigan University campus. I've stayed here 3 times so far and have found the hotel to meet or exceed my expectations for a hotel in this category.
