Do NOT stay at this hotel. After leaving and without notice, they charged my credit card $600 for a broken TV. We never even used it. Manager lied to my credit card company about the entire ordeal. Took me 3 months to get the fraudulent charge off of my account. And they had left a beer bottle, half empty, in the floor in my room. I'm glad I found it while putting our stuff away before my toddler picked it up and drank some.

Nice clean establishment. Very friendly staff. Easy access to CMU, and the Soaring Eagle casino.

I went here for a professional event, and I really appreciated the accommodations. Very clean and quiet.

Room was great. 3 of us with the 2 beds. Still a fair amount of room. Room was clean. Air conditioner worked great! Kip the shuttle driver was awesome!

The "service" this place provides is severely lacking. I needed a block of rooms for a wedding. I initially tried to block the rooms in November 2016. I did not receive a call back about my inquiries until 3 weeks later. I was unable to take the call seeing as I was at worked, but asked for a call back. I never heard back. I finally stopped by in person to try to block the rooms in January 2017. I was told the person that could help me was not available. I left my information, yet again, and asked for a call back. I did not hear back. I tried to call again today ( February 2017), and was at first told the person was in a meeting. I was then put on hold. Once my call was picked up again I was told the person would not be in until 2PM and I should expect a call back by then. 2PM past, with no call. I called again and was told the person was looking at the request as we speak and that I should expect a call back ASAP. It is now closing hours and no call back. This is unacceptable, and shows poor management. I would not feel comfortable recommending a place with such a poor excuse for customer service.
