this company ran my credit card for $2600.00 and i still cant find out why. I have video of the condition of the car and it was returned on time with more gas than i had received it in. I am currently working with my credit card company and refusing the charges. i called the Canada phone number and it doesn't work. This is the worst rental company I have ever experienced and will make sure everyone i can let know about my experience finds out the business they run. absolutely criminal

DO NOT USE this company. They hide charges and screw you over AFTER you have already brought the car back. I got a charge a month after returning it. Some Admin fee. You will walk away paying a lot more. The Extra charges are what keep the rental cost down. NEVER AGAIN

Don’t rent any car from them. Yes all the vehicles not clean very dirty I never seen before like this rental companies. So bad don't go stay away from them please don’t waste your money!!!! Stay away from them! Worst place!! They would take $500 to $1000 deposit from you (against their corporate policy) and would never return. They steeling money. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I still trying to get my $500 back now it has been more than 5 months still no answer!!!!!....

Looks like it is an international company with developed fraud system. Should not last for a long because they are getting away ripping off tourists. No branches that would serve local people. For sure they are fraudsters.

I'm never again going to rent a car with your company. First of all, the car was unclean. There was dirt everywhere (the dash, cup holder and console). The car was running fine until it started snowing in Toronto. The car got stuck twice on the road. There was no traction as I was driving on the highway. All this happened because of the cheap Chinese tires that your car had. I work for a tire company in Canada and have never heard this tire company. When I returned the car on Monday, I told Ryan (Counter Staff) about my experience. To which he said rental companies don't want to invest in good tires as they are expensive. He then questioned my driving by saying,"I drive a 1999 Honda Civic and have had no problems. You don't know how to drive". This is absolutely nonsense. You can get a good set of tires for $200. Ryan was so rude and unapologetic. Questioning my driving experience? Is this how you treat your customers? Totally uncalled for. Ryan attitude sucks. Worst experience of my life. Never again am I recommending your company to family and friends.
