City Car & Truck Rentals

I was involved in an accident, and I needed a vehicle to get to work. The Tow truck driver recommended these guys to me, and honestly I shouldn't have taken his recommendation. These guys tacked on a lot of hidden charges, like additional insurance even though my insurance had rental coverage and they said there will be no hidden fees. Before I took a rental from them, the person to rented me the vehicle said they offered free rental pickups, as in they would pickup the vehicle when the rental period is done. However when I wanted to return the vehicle they said I had to come down and drop it off in person. Which was quite opposite of what they said before I took the rental. I was told it would be 50 dollars a day rental, no hidden fees. I was charged 145 dollars for less than one day, and that's after I filled up the vehicle with gas. I had to go back and forth with them just to get that unfair additional insurance fee removed. They were very rude throughout the process and they were yelling on the phone with me. Honestly I should have just requested a chargeback with my Credit Card company. After these guys, I took a rental with Budget and had a very pleasant experience. So watch out! You will get hidden fees! Edit: I've also noticed that most of the glowing 5 star reviews is made by brand new accounts, with no other post history. Most of these posts made by these new accounts all follow the same similar review format.

We just rented a car at this company, we had a great experience. Jeet provided a good service, fast and efficient. We didn't have a reservation but it took us only 10min to get a car at a good price! Thank you for your service. Keep the good work up!.

Highly recommend City Car & Truck Rentals! I needed a last minute rental after getting into an accident (oops!) and Bikram literally took care of absolutely everything for me. It made a stressful situation so much better. Great service. Amazing people.

Fantastic service. The pick up and drop off from Toronto airport terminal made everything so easy, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Car was perfect and in great condition and it is the best value for money we could find near the airport. Would definitely recommend!

Very good car rental experience. Nice selection of cars of all types and sizes. Free pick up and drop off from the airport. Car I got was is excellent condition.Service is solid. Highly recommended.
