IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE, STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE ONLY REASON THEY DIDN'T GET 5 STARS IS BECAUSE THERE IS A CRAZY CANADIAN GOOSE THAT HANGS AROUND THEIR PARKING LOT AND ATTACKED MY CAR. WE WERE IN FEAR FOR OUR LIVES WHEN WE RETURNED THE VEHICLE. BUT OTHER THAN THAN, IT WAS A PRETTY GREAT EXPERIENCE. WOULD RENT FROM THEM AGAIN AND RISK GETTING ATTACKED BY THE CANADIAN GEESE.

It was easy for us to rent a car. There was a minor problem at the beginning regarding our confirmation but it was solve right away. The staffs are informative and easy to talk to. Returning the car wasn't a hassle since we could just drop it anytime after their business hours.

WORST RENTAL PLACE EVER. booked a 16 foot truck a day prior, said everything was good and no problem. came in the next day and told me they lost the license plate for the back of the truck so they would give me the 20 footer instead. Then came back and said they dont know where the license plate for the 20 footer is also.... they told us to go to the next discount store which 5 mins away attached to a hotel. we finally got the truck we wanted... an hour later found 2 SCREWS in the tires. called in they said to call roadside assistance. they couldnt help since all the ford dealerships were closed. DONT EVER GO HERE SEPCIALLY THE ONE ATTACHED TO THE HOTEL.

The guy running the place (Terence Fan) was very rude, when I told him that I don’t have a local phone number, he asked me to get an alternative number which no other rental place requires, “…It’s not good for my business” he added bitterly. I highly don’t recommend this branch. If service is more important than price, do not rent at this location, otherwise you’ll be at the mercy of this manager; what he says will create a lasting impression on you.
