One of the very few locations I will rent from. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. They have you in out out in a matter of seconds, always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy. Highly recommended.

Mr. Zafir keep your promises. Ended up stranded with no car because he made a false promise. Tried to get in touch with him since last week but I guess he is too important to call back his customers.

Good customer service.  They have a better selection then other places .  I rented a Tahoe for a good price

Terrible service. I had a rental with them for a while and they were never consistent with the information they provided. I had a very hard time and would not recommend renting a car through enterprise, especially this branch. The branch manager was trying to be helpful after I complained and my rental was over - a little too late but this is why I'm giving it a 2 star not a 1. There are a lot of hidden charges that they don't tell you about, and overall they need to train and offer better service to their customers. 

Their slogan is "enterprise picks you up", this branch never picked me up, in despite of me asking to be picked up. Terrible service. 

They never know what cars they have available and whenever I called them they would promise to call back when they have something else available but they never did. Seems like they don't know what they are doing 99% of the time.

Where do I begin... This service was the best service I have ever received from a rental company. Ankush and Zaifar went above and beyond to assist my family out. I was travelling with my 7 month old baby and needed a car seat.. they went out of their way to pick up a car seat for me and had everything ready to go when I showed up. They were not pushy and very professional. Thank you so much ! I have already gone back for a second time and will continue to do business with them!
