ACE Rent A Car

Absolutly bs. Im at pearson airport as i type this. I landed at 940am its now noon and these idiots aren't here yet with the shuttle. Driver called 10 mins ago and said he is at bishop airport... frekkin idiots. I wish i could give less than 1 star. They deserve none..

The WORST place you can ever use! Never rent from them or be prepared to pay the price. It will destroy your vacation. No one at airport has heard of them, no phone number, no on site people. Finally got a taxis and spent 20 bucks to get to them. Then after 45 minutes waiting, listening to all the complaints from people in front of me for to be my turn. Well they didn't want to honor my price, then couldn't find a car, on hold as Mike left me to deal with another pissed customer, 20 min later came back and we started again. Blamed me for booking with ACE, said he's not them he's discount only handles bookings for them. Kid came back and said he couldn't get gas, card declined. Mike leaves again. Mike back, I'm now really pissed and worse from listening to other people complaining. All I want is a taxis back to airport to a real car agency. Mike gives me a jeep that was reserved for someone else and has a spat with the guy that was holding it. An amazing 2 hours 38 minutes in out. Taking jeep back and picking up car at hertz as I don't need to be stuck dropping off jeep before they open and trying to get a cab to the airport. I fly and rent every month and I felt totally helpless. I wish I saw the other posts before I booked Not an "impulse" post, a real warning, DON'T use these people.

Worst possible service. Waited 1 hour for their shuttle after I called twice and another couple called 3 times. When we arrived at their location we waited in line for 20 minutes without being told why it was taking so long. Then we were told that they don't have the Van we were booked and had no other vehicle for us. They said they could not refund my money because they are not ACE only provide a service for that company. I had to call the ACE call center to get my money back then find my own transportation to another rental agency (Enterprise) which promptly got us a 7 seat vehicle that we needed.

As everyone else has indicated, do not rent from here if you are arriving at Pearson. This is not an airport rental service.
