I had the absolute best experience here with Kim. My daughter is only 8 but very tall and wears a size 16. I could not find anywhere that had dresses to fit her height and broad shoulders - not only does Grandma's Little Darlings carry the biggest range sizes for First Communion dresses, but they went out of their way to bring in dresses that would fit, with only a couple weeks to go when we realized the dress we had boughten a few months ago was now too small. And their prices are absolutely incredible! Highly recommend, and will be going here with my other 2 children as well, as they go through their big events / are in weddings / etc. Thank you!!!
I was very pleased with the service offered. There was a wide variety dresses to choose from and the prices and quality was great. She was able to also order shoes that matched and fit perfectly! I will definitely shop here again!
Grandma's Little Darlings is the best. I ordered a dress online for my niece as a Christmas gift. Kim called me to let me know that the dress was unfortunately unavailable but talked through and sent me links to some alternatives. And then I decided to just have her send the original dress when it came in as a birthday gift. The alternative dress was LOVED by my niece. The service and prices are fantastic.
Amazing customer service offered by Kim. She was very kind and went above and beyond to help me. The children's quality of clothes is excellent. I purchased a toddler boys outfit for a wedding where he will be the ring bear. I will always recommend Grandma's little Darlings to anyone looking for a cute, pretty or handsome, good quality, special outfit for that special day. Shopping online was easy and shipping came quickly.
I purchased online a suit for my son for his first communion and a dress for my daughter and I thought I had made this with enough time before the big day....a week before I called Kim to let her know that I hadn't heard anything yet, she told me not to stress out that she was going to look into it for me...and so she did... she always kept me posted on everything and I received everything 3 days before the big day. The suit and the dress were beautiful. Thank you Kim for all your help I have to say that you are great and that you care for your customers.
I placed an order needing it for the following week. The owner Kim emailed me right away and asked for the wear date, a couple of the dresses I needed were not in stock, she sent me photos of different options that were able to ship right away. She even gave me the option to pay for faster shipping to ensure I would recieve my order in time. The outfits arrived 2 days later and were beautiful.
Great experience. Second visit and outstanding service again. Provided flower girl dresses for our son’s weddings both times. Last minute glitch with co-ordinating colours with rest of wedding party meant a last minute trip to find solution for two girls aged four and seven. As exact sizes weren’t known Kim ordered three dresses in the range she thought would work as we were out of time. She made a special trip into the city to pick them up to give us an extra day if the sizes were an issue. She charged for two and gave us all three to try trusting we would bring the third one back after we tried them on. Two were a perfect fit and received lots of positive comments from the wedding guests. Thanks for saving the day for us.
Purchased both my kids communion outfits here, and my daughter's flower girl dress. We live 2 hours away, the owner went above and beyond. Amazing quality and customer service. Can't recommend enough!
After looking online at a few other children's fancy clothing stores, we came across Grandma's Little Darlings. And boy are we happy we did! What a great experience for us. We got our 2 flower girl dresses quicker then I expected, and they were great quality and fit! Super helpful staff. Not the biggest location, but she has everything you need. We will be going back for any future event that requires fancy dresses for sure!
I needed a baptism dress for my daughter. Grandma's Little Darlings had a wide selection of beautiful dresses at reasonable prices. I placed my order and included a note with the date of our ceremony. The dress arrived quickly and Kim followed up to make sure I received it. The dress is beautiful! Thank you so much Kim and GLD!
