Love this location and the selection. Often can find great sales if you’re lucky. Staff have always been nice but I have to say they should have a washroom for patrons who choose to shop and spend here. It’s an upscale store so why no loo??? I was actually told to go across the street to a cafe I couldn’t even find. Whereas in the Toronto store my daughter needed the washroom during one of our visits and they were very kind to let her use it. Doesn’t add up so that needs to be improved otherwise a near perfect experience

A spacious and well maintained store with bright and quirky clothes and furniture.

I will start by saying that I love the store, the products and had great in-store help. However, I have been calling them since 10am this morning it is now 3pm and nobody has picked up. I returned an item in store yesterday and it never got credited back to me. My bank says I must speak with the store. I live an hour away - have no idea how to get a hold of anyone. The phone rings and rings - sometimes it hangs up after 50 rings, sometimes after 10 rings. What a way to treat customers!!!!!!!

Brutal customer service. Worst ever. So many substandard and inadequate things that will cost money.nDont shop here, it isnt worth it.nPromises for reimbursement and refunds are not kept. The chat agents do not know what they are doing and they are unable to resolve serious refund issues.nI would give it zero starts if it was an option.

Always find something beautiful here. Nice walk down lakeshore also.nJust wish the store was more affordable during this $$$ economy
