Had my first shopping experience at Barrington's and it won't be my last! Carly is so lovely and went above & beyond to help me find the perfect raincoat for spring. They have such a great seasonal selection as well as staple items that you never knew you would need. My raincoat was very reasonably priced and the quality is excellent. Will definitely be back!
Amazing customer service and excellent products! This is my first Barrington winter coat and I love it! It was a custom order and it came in a bit small. Paul looked after this like a true professional and a new coat was made within a week or so and it is perfect! You have made a customer for life!
Barrington’s is one of a kind and my favorite shop for designer coats, sweaters, gloves, scarves and purses. The quality of their products is exceptional, very classy and luxurious. The service is outstanding. Paul, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and creative and customizes my sweaters or coats to fit perfectly. The staff is friendly and informative and provides personal attention to every detail. I recently purchased this gorgeous sweater coat, one of my favs. I get so many compliments anywhere I go.
I have been shopping at Barringtons since we moved to Oakville more than 16 years ago. I had heard about the quality of the coats and the superior customer service and I have not been disappointed. The owner, Paul Barrington, is uncredibly customer focused. My first coat was a gorgeous classic spring trench - which I still have. I can't part with it. It is so elegant and the fabric is still perfect. Over the years, I have purchased numerous coats - some were even custom-made because I need a longer sleeve length and a longer overall length. He has relined coats for me. It seems that there is nothing that he will not do for a customer if it is remotely possible. The Barrington's level of customer service and the quality of the products is a benchmark for other clothing retailers.
My first shopping experience at Barrington’s was very positive. Paul was very professional and went over and above to make sure that I was completely happy with my purchase! I would definitely recommend Barrington’s! Wish all retailers could provide the same shopping experience as Barrington’s!
I have been a customer of Barrington’s for many years mainly for storage and care of my coats. This year I have been “stuck” at home like everyone. I have been delightfully receiving Barrington emails and have done some online shopping. I am more than pleased with my purchases. The service from Paul and his staff is excellent! Amazing customer service at Barrington's of Oakville. I wanted to make use of a vintage mink coat I inherited that was very much out of style and also ill-fitting. Paul, the owner of Barrington's, created a perfect reversible coat for me, it's just stunning. I love to wear it with the fur on the inside, so warm yet light and it is a great way to use a resource like vintage fur. I highly recommend Barrington's whether you are having a fur re-worked or buying a winter coat of any kind!!!

This is a multi generation, family run business, that has consistently provided a welcoming atmosphere and fun buying experience for those who wish to purchase quality outerwear and accessories, that can be worn with pride for years. Brenda and Paul Barrington have been great supporters of many charities in our Oakville community over the years. Now daughters Carly and Brooke have joined the business. I will continue to shop here and I hope to form great relationships with this next generation as they help to dress with style the loyal customers of the past and new clients.
