My sister and I came into the store on a Sunday. There was no one else in the store, other than the young girl working at the counter. She didn't bother to say hi to us, or make us feel welcome at all. She was on her phone, and didn't make any effort to provide customer service whatsoever. About 10 minutes into our visit, an older Caucasian woman entered the shop, and was greeted quite warmly. Not sure why our reception wasn't as warm, but I could probably make a few educated guesses. We came out of our way to see this shop, as the reviews were quite high. I regret taking the time to come here, and will spend my money elsewhere. Not only was there zero customer service, the items were overpriced and not overly stylish. Do yourself a favour, and go to Winners or Marshall's.

Not a good shopping experience for the following reasons: - unfriendly customer service or lack of - high price points which are not justified by store upkeep or product benefits Basically, a waste of time!
