Very disappointed with a favorable shop!!!!Not a way to deal with customers! This is a place that I shop at regularly, but my last experience was different, as one of the dresses I purchased had 4 buttons missed, and when I went back to the shop asking either for a refund for the dress, or a discount that can help in keeping and fixing it, as it the dress's price was over $300, both of my requests were rejected by the lady in the shop and she only provided me with 3 extra buttons that were already not matching the ones on the dress. Also the other buttons on the 2 dresses I bought were very loose and ready to fall. I would consider going there again especially the prices went SO High this year
I’ve shopped at this location a few times and have always been treated kindly. I went into the store last week and bought a few things. The lady there ordered in the appropriate size for me. I felt like she went over and above her duties to make me happy. The clothes cater to younger and older ladies. They’ve got something for everyone I feel. Thanks for making shopping fun!
This location is conveniently nestled in downtown Oakville and the window display may catch your eye. I wouldn’t suggest going inside. Walked in yesterday in a cloud of smoke as one of the sales associates was on her break chatting with a friend by the entryway, smoking. No greeting or eye contact from the sales associate actually inside the store, despite attempts to say hello. Sales associate was useless- absolutely no help with sizes or merchandise. When the smoking associate entered the store, the two of them carried on a conversation that made the customers feel ignored. Left without purchase and will not be returning. Spent a considerable amount of money elsewhere.
I’m so upset about Oakville location the sale person, she’s not nice at all. I’ll told all of my friend never shopping at this location any more.
Very pleased with this store and sales personal...super friendly and nice. Thank you very much for such a nice service. See you again soon.
