Just came here yesterday to try their dim sum, they just newly opened!! Food is great, hot and fresh!! Service is great!! Alex provides excellent service, he professionally goes to greet every customer and check on them to make sure everything is ok. Washroom is also renovated nice and clean set up. I especially like their chilly oil, they cooked with some dried shrimps to make it more flavorful!! Their streamed rice is large portions! Fried squid is very crispy and tender too!! **They are having promotions for morning tea now, place your order before 11am to get 12% off**

Excellent! Easy to find parking, delicious dim sum like that of New Mandarin with a more unique twist, friendly service, spacious, $8.35 starting for the small dishes and up, super clean, high quality cutlery, and a $10 voucher to use after at the casino next door. Highly recommended!

The food was not bad,as well as the service. But one thing I didn't like that they force you to pay specific amount of tip.I tiped $10 but the guy said I have to pay $15 and he was serious. Is it right to force to pay specific amount of money for tip?as I know a tip is not mandatory thing,you just have to tip if you want.

It was for a set menu for an event yesterday afternoon for 40 people. Normally, they are closed after lunch and reopen in the evening, but they were kind enough to accommodate us from 3:00pm till 8:00pm Parking: Right by entrance of the Restaurant. Kid-friendliness: It was a family affair with lots of kids no problem. Wheelchair accessibility: They have 2 handicapped spots, and I parked in one as I'm handicapped.

Please avoid this place for now. Had to wait an hour for a table EVEN WHEN YOU PUT A RESERVATION on Sunday Nov 5th. What's the point of a reservation if you have to wait an hour still? Food was mediocre and insanely overpriced. It's a shame we lost the previous dim sum place for this. Very disorganized even for an Asian place, no structure and $33 for a plate of noodles.

Food quality is good, but service is completely frazzled and disorganized. It's as if the entire staff had never set foot in a dim sum restaurant before, with food constantly going to wrong tables, items not ordered randomly arriving, items just never arriving at all while being told for 30+ minutes that it's being made and can't be cancelled, and patrons walking around the restaurant approaching staff with their order papers attempting to get service. The upscale prices definitely don't match the level of service received, and a 2% upcharge for credit cards seems over-the-top greedy.

Food was great in terms of taste. They really hook you in with some cute food designs. Restaurant also looks great but was pretty crowded. The positives end there. Firstly, they might have added an extra table or changed their table numbering system because they kept taking our order sheet, bringing it back, place it down for a second and then taking it away again looking confused. Eventually they said that they initially assigned the wrong table number to us the number that appears on the "ordered dishes" receipt that's stapled to the order sheet and handwrote the corrected number. Didn't seem to improve their confusion when we ordered more items. Service started okay but ended horribly. Waited about 30 min for three missing dishes we were pretty much done eating at the start of the wait. Literally asked by 5 different servers/managers who came by thinking we were done eating whether they can clear the table for the next customers. Our reply was that we are still waiting for missing dishes. They would apologize and look into it. Then they took our order sheet away again and it doesn't come back. We then asked them to cancel the order but they said they can't because they had already started cooking it. After two dishes eventually trickled out, we waited another 15 minutes or so before asking them again to cancel the last order, which they did at this point. We eventually got the bill ...but they didn't take the missing dish off the bill. They eventually brought back the corrected bill after we told them about the mistake but left us when we wanted to check over the corrected bill. They didn't come back with the credit card machine until we flagged back another manager and asked for the machine. To summarize, the food was great but the service needs A LOT of work.
