Cute bubble tea shop with great teas to choose from! I got one of my usual favourites taro milk tea with coconut jelly and it was both bursting with flavour and the perfect amount of sweet. Gotcha Tea is definitely a favourite chain of mine that I’ll be on the lookout for in the future.Food: 5/5

A must try bubble tea place that has fruit based tapioca or bubbles that don’t stick to your tooth and a great combo to fizz with bubble tea flavoured naturally and amazing color  I had been there with a friend to just taste it and ended up buying 2-3 of it ..  I tried the peach soda tea and the blueberry lime soda tea which both tasted amazing.  Definitely recommend you to not to add extra sugar as it is naturally sweet cuz of the sweetener they add in the beginning. Interiors are cute and nice to hang out with 4-5 of friends.  Overall amazing place/ 4-5 must try their soda tea

Bright pink decor!  I had a coconut tapioca milk tea and should have asked for less than 50% sugar because it was too sweet for my taste even though I have sweet tooth. Friendly staff. Perhaps they could offer samples to first-timers?

RUDEST GIRLS MAKING DRINKS: I was at this location last night  before midnight when a customer was finishing her order ahead of me. She was asking valid questions which I appreciated as I was about to order next about the different options while looking at the menu which was clearly an inconvenience to the two female baristas who were looking at her and back at each other, continuously rolling their eyes every time the customer spoke to them. The entire time, it was extremely obvious that they were talking badly about her in a language we didn’t understand plus the constant eye rolls every time they looked at her just gave it away. Within 3 minutes of stepping foot in this establishment, I immediately took my business elsewhere after witnessing this. Body language and energy never lie, I actually felt so bad for the customer because it was so blatantly disrespectful and just unnecessarily mean. DO BETTER

Great strong tea flavour in the Gotcha Milk Tea. Their pearls were also cooked perfectly with a not overly sweet brown sugar flavour. Service was a bit slow because there was only one person working but she was so nice and apologetic. Hope management will hire a second hand to ensure their service is top notch.

i had passed by here many times while driving, so we finally stopped by to check them out. first of all, it is independently owned and operated by a very friendly vietnamese girl! her staff is super friendly too!  we had the matcha slush w.grass jelly, coconut milk with yogurt and grass jelly, and their strawberry slush w.bear jelly!  drinks are made to order, customizable by sweetness and ice levels. definitely coming back here to try the rest of their menu!

I've been to Gotcha Bubble Tea multiple times. Each time I've come this place it never disappoints    If this is your first time here, you should definitely try the Mother's Favourite Milk bubble tea. It comes with 3 toppings which is amazing!  The Maple Sugar Boba Fresh Milk is also another great option if you wanted to try a different tapioca flavour!

I ordered delivery and the bubble tea was really good. The packing was thoughtful and I like the special cups and lid. Got the red bean matcha with brown sugar pearls and Taro with brown sugar pearls and coconut jelly in slush form. I enjoyed it a lot, the large is massive and well worth it. Flavours were on point and I like the brown sugar pearls more than regular tapioca. I liked their selection and I think they're fairly new in the Kensington area so give them a try! They're a quality bubble tea spot for sure.

So very delicious. I ordered a strawberry slush with strawberry popping boba standard sugar and it was amazing. The first time I went I was unsure on what to order but the young woman behind the counter walked me through the menu. It was so delicious that I decided to go back twice the next day. Thank you for making my day better Gotcha Bubble Tea. You have gained a new loyal customer
